This class is a strength/cardio workout with boxing techniques, padwork, timed stations, music and lots of fun. The class will begin with a warm up so your muscles will be ready to train effectively. An explanation will be given as what each station entails, then you will be partnered up to start training. You will spend a limited time on each station before moving onto the next one. Stations will vary from week to week and if I don’t feel the class is working hard enough, then there will be a cardio vascular stint in the middle! As the class comes towards the end there will be some additional abdominal work before the cool down. This class is suitable for children aged 12 years and over, men and women of all fitness levels.
