This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and a powerful instructor. Strike, punch, kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

This class is a strength/cardio workout with boxing techniques, padwork, timed stations, music and lots of fun. The class will begin with a warm up so your muscles will be ready to train effectively. An explanation will be given as what each station entails, then you will be partnered up to start training. You will spend a limited time on each station before moving onto the next one. Stations will vary from week to week and if I don’t feel the class is working hard enough, then there will be a cardio vascular stint in the middle! As the class comes towards the end there will be some additional abdominal work before the cool down. This class is suitable for children aged 12 years and over, men and women of all fitness levels.

Whilst a good hard cardio workout is good for you, it just may not be your thing. Exercise should be fun or it becomes a chore and you really have to have self discipline as well as motivation.
Pilates is a WHOLE body fitness that works for beginners, intermediates or those that exercise a lot but are looking for something different to pounding the pavements or doing high energy workouts.
It can be tailored to everybody’s needs. It creates strength without bulking up and will increase your flexibility. It will develop core strength whilst improving your posture. It’s great for weight loss and will make your body strong and lean.
It’s also great for the mind and will increase your energy.
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
Legs Bums Tums is an easy to follow exercise class with weights focusing on key muscles, including arms, legs, stomach and not forgetting your bum!

From hip-hop to the foxtrot, dance fever is sweeping the nation, fuelled by popular TV shows such as Strictly Come Dancing and Britain's Got Talent. Whether you like to jump or jive, tap or tango, shake your belly or your booty, dancing is one of the most enjoyable ways to get some exercise. Street dance describes urban dance styles that evolved in the street, school yards and nightclubs, including hip-hop, popping, locking, and breaking.

There are 2 ‘Get Fit’ programmes to choose from… if you are an early bird then the morning one may suit you - every Tuesday & Friday morning 6.30am-7.30am for 6 weeks (12 sessions).
OR... you may prefer the evening sessions - Tuesday evenings 8.15pm-9.15pm for 4 weeks PLUS one other free class of your choice each week.
With both programmes you will be measured at the first & last session. (We don't go by weight loss as muscles weigh more than fat!)
You will be given an eating plan to follow, one that the whole family can enjoy.

You will be training with approx 9 others and the sessions will include boxing, hiit training, weights and circuits. Each week will be different.
